During the last few weeks we have realized the latest part of our project with Techem Servises /company for heat accountancy/. Different stages of this part included seminars for departments “Information Services”, “Heat Accountancy”, as well as for the Technical department. We have also made individual meetings with participants in training in order to determine their needs and to create plan for future activities. It is always exiting challenge for us to work with such a specific company, which activities and causes are differing a lot from the others.
