On 27th of March the first training for the sales force of Furniture Center Ivveks took place in Stara Zagora. The company is one of the members of BBSWFI /Bulgarian Branch Chamber of Woodworking and Furniture Industry/ and we have very successful co-operation with their representatives. After the initial Mystery Shopper research and after identifying gaps and challenges we have overlooked needed steps for effective selling and for team working, together with the sales team of the company. What awaits us is to prepare an analysis which will be presented front of the Management of the company and to define next steps.
