In March we have conducted a training for Techem BG which was prepared for a long time. We have gathered together members of different departments- Heating Accountancy, Information services, Sales and Technicians. The topics we discussed were related to team work and internal customer concept and how these influence on the customer’s satisfaction. For 2 days we have studied and had a lot of fun together, we have also helped the team to discover a lot of new things about the colleagues. We are grateful for the lovely atmosphere and for the positive energy that you gave us!
