At the very beginning of March we have done two seminars for the office workers from “Information services” of the German company Techem /dealing with heat accounting/. Training was really serious challenge for us, because everyday duties of this team and problems they are facing are extremely specific. The topic we disused was about “Communication skills and how to deal with objections of affected customers” and in its matter is beyond standard seminars, but is right in their daily activities. We wish to thank to the Management of the company for the given chance, which helps us growth and continue developing in new directions.
