At the end of October we have made the next step in the project with Kolorado Furniture Company. Our first move was to handle individual meetings with the Management of the company and with some representatives of the sales team. The target of this meetings was to become familiar with their activities and with the challenges they face on daily bases. After that we have developed strategy for the future actions and part of this plan was also the training for the sales force. Some of the modules included in were- Strength of the Brand in Sales, Overcoming the objections, How to sell “expensive”.
